Terms of service
Effective date: 3 June 2026 — Version 1.0
Welcome to Kribo. These terms of service govern the use of the platform https://kribo.fr (hereinafter "Kribo" or "the Platform"), published by Lumileo SAS (see Legal notice).
Kribo is a French marketplace that connects businesses with a tech or AI need ("Clients") with professional providers — freelancers and agencies ("Providers"). Kribo is an intermediary that puts parties in touch: we do not carry out the services and are not a party to the contracts concluded between Clients and Providers.
By using Kribo, you accept these terms. If you refuse them, do not use the Platform.
1. Who can use Kribo
Kribo is a B2B platform (professionals only).
- Clients: any business, independent or person acting in a professional capacity, who publishes a project ("Brief").
- Providers: any registered professional (SIREN/RCS) offering tech, web, AI or related services.
You must have the legal capacity to contract and provide accurate information. A provider must have a valid SIREN number.
2. For Clients — publishing a project
- Publishing a Brief is free.
- Your Brief is analysed by our AI tool, which assesses its clarity and assigns it a quality level. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
- A Brief is visible to providers whose profile matches, up to a limit of 5 providers maximum per Brief.
- You may be contacted by these providers once they have unlocked your contact details. You are free to respond, to compare offers, and to contract — or not — with one of them.
- You can track progress and close your request via the personal link received by email.
Kribo does not guarantee that a Brief will receive responses, nor the quality of the services performed. The contractual relationship is formed directly between you and the provider.
3. For Providers — responding to a project
- Registration and viewing the Briefs matching your profile are free.
- To access a Client's full contact details, you unlock the Brief using credits (see Article 4). The credit cost depends on the Brief's quality level.
- Unlocking gives you access to the Client's contact details: it guarantees neither a response nor the signing of a contract.
- You undertake to contact Clients professionally, not to use their data for purposes other than responding to their project, and to comply with the GDPR (RGPD).
- The same Brief can be unlocked by several providers (5 maximum): competition is inherent to the model.
4. Credits, subscription and payments
Credits. Credits are prepaid units used to unlock Briefs. They are sold in packs (one-off payment). As a professional provider, you purchase these credits in the course of your business (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B du CGI where applicable). Credits are not refundable in cash and have no expiry date as long as the account is active.
Pro subscription. An optional monthly subscription (€39.90/month) grants benefits: a discount on credit packs, free leads each week, advanced search filters and a credit-refund guarantee. The subscription is commitment-free: you can cancel it at any time, and it remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
Credit guarantee. If an unlocked Brief turns out to be defective (false or fabricated contact details, duplicate already unlocked), you can request a refund in credits within 7 days, from the contact's page. Each request is reviewed manually and may require evidence. This guarantee is reserved for Pro subscribers.
Payments. Payments are processed via Stripe. Kribo does not store any banking data.
5. Rules of good conduct
It is prohibited to:
- provide false information or impersonate an identity;
- circumvent the Platform to avoid credits (automated collection, scraping of contact details);
- harass, canvass abusively or use contact details outside the scope of the project;
- publish illegal or misleading content, or content infringing the rights of third parties.
Kribo may suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these rules, without refund in the event of fraud.
6. Liability
Kribo is a technical intermediary. We are not responsible for:
- the quality, deadlines or proper performance of the services;
- disputes between Clients and Providers (to be settled directly between them);
- the accuracy of the information provided by users.
We implement reasonable means to ensure the proper functioning and availability of the Platform, without any guarantee of uninterrupted service.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy. By unlocking a Brief, the provider becomes the data controller for the Client's contact details and undertakes to use them solely to respond to the project.
8. Changes and applicable law
Kribo may amend these terms. The applicable version is the one online at the time of use. In the event of a major change, registered users are informed.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
