5. Nature of the Site and activity

Kribo is a connection platform between:

professional clients (very small businesses, SMEs, independents) with a tech or artificial-intelligence need (website creation, business application, AI agent, automation, etc.);
providers (freelancers and specialised tech/AI agencies) able to respond.

Kribo acts as an intermediary within the meaning of Article L111-7 du Code de la consommation and of the Digital Services Act (EU Regulation 2022/2065). Kribo is not a party to the service contracts concluded between clients and providers.

6. Intellectual property

The entire Site, its structure, its graphic elements, texts, logos, illustrations, photographs, videos, sounds, as well as the "Kribo" brand, are the exclusive property of Lumileo or its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, in whole or in part, of the Site's elements, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Lumileo, except under the conditions set out in Article L122-5 du Code de la propriété intellectuelle.

Any unauthorised use of the Site or of any of its elements may engage the civil and criminal liability of its author (Articles L335-2 et seq. du Code de la propriété intellectuelle).
