Why we exist

If you're reading this page, you've probably already tried to find a tech provider online. So you already know what's wrong.

On most platforms, you post a project and get 20, 30, sometimes 50 proposals. You spend your weekend sorting them. Many are copy-paste, some are completely off-topic, two or three might be good. You lose more time than if you'd just asked around.

At the other end, on marketplaces for senior freelancers, providers really are vetted — but at €600 a day for a developer, your brochure website costs €12,000. The entry ticket isn't right.

Kribo sits in between: specialised in tech / AI, capped at 5 providers per brief, with real-time AI validation. For small businesses with a real project who want to save time.

Our process in detail

Five steps for you, three for us, in parallel. Here is the full timeline of a brief on Kribo.

   You describe your project (3 minutes)

   Project type, free-form description, budget, urgency, sector, location, contact. Five steps, no account. You can close the tab and come back later — your draft is saved.

2. 2

   Our AI validates your brief (30 seconds)

   A 0-100 quality score, computed in real time as you write. The score updates every second. If the brief is too vague, the AI suggests concrete improvements before you publish.

3. 3

   Smart routing to the right providers

   Once published, your brief is routed to providers whose profile matches: declared skills, sector experience, location, budget range. Only targeted providers get notified — never the whole platform.

4. 4

   Providers spend credits to reach you

   To see your full contact details and reach out, a provider spends between 5 and 100 credits depending on the brief quality tier. That naturally filters: only genuinely interested providers go all the way. Strict cap of 5 providers per brief.

   You talk directly

   No middleman, no commission. The quote, the contract and the payment happen directly between you and the provider you pick. We stay available for mediation if needed.

The AI validation, explained

The AI quality score is the heart of Kribo. It's what guarantees that the briefs flowing through our system are serious, and that good briefs attract good providers.

Concretely, your brief is scored across four dimensions, each worth up to 25 points:

Briefs above 70 points are considered Premium on the provider side (25 credits to contact you). Briefs above 85 are Hot leads (50 credits): they trigger a priority push notification to matching providers.

Quality guarantees

Kribo isn't a neutral marketplace that just puts people in touch. We commit to quality, on both the demand and the supply side. Here is what's written in our terms.

On the provider side, we guarantee credit refunds if your number is unreachable after three attempts, if the brief is incoherent (very rare thanks to AI validation), or if it's a duplicate. It's a virtuous circle: providers trust us, they invest more credits, so only the genuinely interested ones contact you.

What it costs (for you: nothing)

For clients who post a brief, Kribo is and will stay free. No credit card, no hidden fees, no commission on the final project.

We only make money on the provider side, through:

• The Pro subscription at €39.90 / month (optional): 3 free veteran leads per week and advanced filters.
• Credit packs: a provider spends between 5 and 100 credits to unlock your contact details, depending on your brief's quality score.
