Unreachable number
If you can't reach the client after 3 attempts over 5 days, your credits are refunded automatically.

Very rare thanks to AI validation. If a brief is nonetheless a poor fit for reality, your credits are refunded.

If the brief is already open with you (same contact, same month), your credits are refunded, no questions asked.

In one click from your account. No lock-in. You keep any credits already purchased for 12 months, even after cancelling.
12 months from the purchase date. Plenty for active use. If you approach expiry, you get an alert 30 days ahead.
Credits are automatically re-credited to your account within 48h after our team validates the request. You can reuse them immediately on any other lead.
None. The Pro plan is monthly, no commitment. Credit packs are one-off purchases: you buy when you need to — nothing more.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. French VAT (20%) is added at billing where applicable; VAT-registered providers can reclaim it as usual. For clients outside France, we handle billing case by case — email support@kribo.fr.
